Up to 200 workers will be on-site over the 12 months of construction. This includes heavy equipment operators, electricians, laborers, and many other types of construction contractors.
Up to three full-time operations workers will operate and maintain the site, in addition to the use of local contractors for goods and services.
Local tax revenue
More than $12 million in new tax revenue to the Bonham Independent School District and more than $3 million to Fannin County over the life of the project.
State tax revenue
More than $3 million in state franchise taxes over the life of the project.
Long-term lease payments to the project landowners.
Increased demand during construction for local vendors and services including lodging, food services, gasoline, and groceries.
